Hosting
Learn how to host an event in our Discord server.
There are no strict requirements for hosting an event. If you want to host one, open a ticket in #ticket and tell us what you would like to give away.
Hosting an event is an alternative to running a regular giveaway and helps keep the community engaged.
Prize Rules
Your prize or prizes should follow these rules:
- No self-promotion. Do not offer prizes that promote your own service, product, or project.
- Nitro and similar prizes may be allowed, but approval is not guaranteed.
- Prizes should have clear value, such as rare usernames or UIDs.
- Selling accounts is not allowed.
A manager or higher will decide for every request if it will be hosted or not, even if you follow the rules.
Availability
Your event may be scheduled for a later time if many events have been running recently or if another event is currently active.
Supported Event Types
You can host Guess the Number, Quick Click or Lucky Seven events.
Profile Submission events are only hosted by haunt.gg.
Hosting An Event
If you want to host an event with haunt.gg products, you need to buy a giveaway code first. However, you will not redeem it as a normal giveaway. Instead, the code will be used to host your event.
Before you buy a giveaway code for an event, open a ticket and discuss the event with an Event Manager first.
Why can't I just gift it to the winner myself?
The giveaway code must be purchased in advance to make sure the prize is secured before the event starts.
This prevents situations where an event is hosted but the winner never receives the promised prize. Since the code is already paid for, the host cannot back out after the event ends.
The giveaway code will be redeemed by an admin. You cannot host events completely on your own.
Why does an admin or event manager need to handle it?
- Event Managers need to schedule events based on current community activity and how many events have been running recently.
- This also ensures that a manager is available during the event in case any problems come up.
Guess The Number
For hosting a Guess The Number event, we need the following information from you:
- The correct number
- How many guesses each user should get
- An end time for entries, if you want one, though this is usually not recommended

For example, if the prize is Premium, users who already have Premium may be excluded from the event.

- The number of winners
Example:1 winnermeans the fastest person wins, while3 winnersmeans the first three correct clicks win. - The maximum time window in which the button can appear
Maximum:15 minutes - The game mode
Choose between one-button mode or five-button mode
For example, if the prize is Premium, users who already have Premium may be excluded from the event.

For hosting a Lucky Seven event, we need the following information from you:
- The number of rounds
- The time per round for users to click a button
